Bacardi Spiced Rum has light and deep notes, a caramel-like vanilla flavour, with slightly noticeable notes of nutmeg, a hint of smokiness, almond and dried, dark fruits rounded out by cinnamon, and a touch of honey to create a balanced rum.

Established in 1862, Bacardi Spiced Rum is both smooth and bold, perfect for mixing cocktails with a large range of soft drinks. Made with aged rum, it has a hint of smokiness derived from American oak barrels used in the aging process that has been charred. For that bold and smooth taste, it is blended with spices and natural flavours, and it is gluten-free.

The caramel-like vanilla flavor that the Bacardi Spiced Rum exhibits are derived from an extraction of Madagascan Bourbon Vanilla Beans. The subtle notes of almond and dried, dark fruits found in the profile of the base rum enhance the vanilla aroma. The rum is also free from artificial sweeteners.

The spiciness of the oakwood from the barrel is uplifted with the addition of nutmeg and cinnamon.

On the nose, vanilla and cinnamon are detected. The palate is both spiced and sweet, and the finish sets forward fudge and black pepper.
