Our Single Malt is a delicious deep natural gold spirit, inspired by the historical “Whisky” brands of olde, with a robust vintage flavour reminiscent of Dublin’s Victorian distilling heritage.

MASHING

The mash is 100% Irish grown malted Barley, non GM, and fully recycled to farming use

MATURATION

Aged in specially charred America Oak and finished in Oloroso Sherry casks

DISTILLATION

Produced in traditional copper pot stills and triple distilled for that classic Irish quality

A rich, well balanced nose, perfect sipper with a distinct long finish and great sherry notes
