Gin Mare is a premium Spanish Mediterranean gin, distilled in a 18th-century chapel in Vilanova i la Geltrú, known for its savory, herbaceous flavor profile. Key botanicals include Arbequina olives from Spain, basil from Italy, thyme from Turkey, and rosemary from Greece, creating a unique, aromatic, and savory, gin. 

It is made using traditional Mediterranean rhythms and techniques, with the sole intention of creating a truly Mediterranean gin. All of this is achieved through a delicate maceration process. The independent distillation of each botanical ingredient and the unmatched experience of the master craftsman.
