Mazzetti d’Altavilla, established in 1846, stands as one of Italy’s most historic
distilleries, renowned for its exceptional spirits.
Over the years, the distillery has garnered numerous international accolades,
reflecting its commitment to quality and tradition.
Notably, their Special Brandy aged 27 years received Gold Medals at both the
“Alambicco d’Oro” Italian Competition and the Asia Import News awards.
Additionally, their Grappa 7.0 Ruchè Reserve 100% Cru was honored as the
“World’s Best Grappa” at the World Drinks Awards.
In 2021, coinciding with their 175th anniversary, the distillery continued its
tradition of excellence by earning multiple awards. The “Alambicco d’Oro”
Competition bestowed four Gold and one Silver medal upon Mazzetti
d’Altavilla’s products, including the 7.0 Grappa di Ruchè Barricata 100% Cru
and the Italian Brandy aged 27 years.
Furthermore, the Italian Brandy aged 35 years received the “Platinum” award
from The WineHunter Award 2021, underscoring the distillery’s dedication to
crafting premium spirits.
