The exceptional whisky is produced utilizing an unusual mash bill that consists of 95% corn and 5% malted barley, triple distilled, and aged entirely in French oak Ex-Cabernet Sauvignon red wine casks from California, resulting in a genuinely unique Irish whiskey.
