D’Usse XO Cognac is born in the cellars of the historic ChaÌ‚teau de Cognac and is a masterful blend by the world’s most senior MaiÌ‚tre de Chai, Michel Casavecchia. Made from meticulously hand-selected eaux-de-vie aged ten years or more.
It is a masterfully prepared Cognac that offers sublime flavor with rich notes of ripe blackberry and apricot, layered with hints of dark chocolate and walnut, culminating in an exceptionally balanced finish. The eaux-de-vie used in It is aged a minimum of 10 years in French oak casks. It is Produced using the Charentaise method—slow double- distillation in copper stills. The lees (spent yeast cells) are kept in the wine to add additional depth and character to the eau-de-vie.
